Yep, definitely have a huge crush on this Youtuber. Creativity, whimsy, great hair…she has it all.

I’ll admit it, sometimes when I am stressed I like to go on her Nerdy Nummies channel and fast forward until a cake/cupcake/cookie is being frosted just so I can watch the frosting fall perfectly into place. There is something about perfectly piped icing that makes me feel like everything is okay in the world. (Here, you can try it for yourself and see if icing therapy works for you.)

Isn’t she amazing? Like everything she makes is super original and looks awesome.

On top of being able to perfectly frost baked goods Ro is adorable. I get crazy inspired by how she dresses up for each episode. I guess you could say she has a very “themed” channel and as one of my cousins told me, “Mollie, you really like themes.” Ain’t that the truth! I’m looking at YOU, Blake.

Isn’t it wild how she manages to capture all of “nerd culture” from My Little Pony to Minecraft while still churning out perfectly consistent content? Mario, Frozen, Game of Thrones, Attack on Titans…she leaves nothing out but not one piece of food art looks out of place on her channel.
