Thought I’d introduce you guys (if you don’t already follow her!) to an insanely talented and creative artist I’ve been following for a year or two.

Her work is the colorful, vivid, and emotive type that hits you right in the heart. The amount of meaning and feeling she can pack into one frame is equally startling and compelling. Whenever I click through her gallery I feel like I’m experiencing what she felt when she was drawing which is a precious gift to have as an image maker (whether you’re a photographer or artist).

 Blue’s lighting totally captivates me! (I’ve actually taken her images to another photographer to figure out how to re-create it in real life.) All that glowing, catchlight-iness, and use of colored light is so freaking gorgeous. I get crazy inspired by her work and often try to bring what aspects of it I can to my photography, even if it’s just themes or model styling. Seriously, I love her art style.
